Welcome to Odichat. Odichat ("us", "we", or "our") operates the website https://odichat.app (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

1. Access to the Service

Access to Odichat's software is granted to the user upon a monthly subscription payment (but a free tier is also available) providing limited access to the product (depending on subscription type) for the duration of the subscription. This includes the ability to connect a Whatsapp Business account and integrate an AI assistant powered by OpenAI APIs.

2. Subscriptions and Trials

The first time you subscribe you are granted a 7 day trial period after which the first monthly subscription payment is charged. No charges will be performed before this point. You can at any time cancel the trial period which cancels the subscription and no charges will be performed until you choose to restart the subscription again.

3. SMS Communications

By calling Odichat's business phone number, you may receive an automated text message if your call is not answered, and you may receive one automated follow-up message if you do not reply. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP, and request help by replying HELP. See our Privacy Policy for details on how SMS opt-in data is handled.

4. User Data

Odichat collects user email and payment information solely for the purpose of providing the Service. For more information on how we collect, use, and disclose personal information, including information related to SMS communications, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

5. Non-personal Data

We may use web cookies to collect non-personal information about users' interactions with the Service.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
